Air filter assembly features a 2 inch (55mm) high reusable cotton air filter with Hi-Flow lid and a chrome base. Designed to fit Stromberg Carburettors with 2 5/16 neck. The secret lies in the unique characteristics of the air filters medium. Our high flow cotton gauze air filter is washable, reusable and built to last. Air filter consist of four sheets of cotton gauze layered between two sheets of wire mesh. This medium is then pleated and oiled to enhance its filtering capabilities and overall performance. The specially formulated grade of oil causes tackiness through the cotton microscopic strands. This allows high volumes of airflow when combined with the tackiness of the oil to create a powerful filtering media.
