Our products are available at your local Auto-parts stores, we sell direct to Repco, Supercheap, Peps, Burson, Autobarn, AutoOne and independent auto stores.
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from Redline Performance does not meet your expectations, you may return the new, unused part within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The product must be in the original, manufacturer’s box and must be sent freight prepaid. Please complete the return form and follow the instructions on the form.
Check that your goods are correct and otherwise not damaged, you have 7 days from receiving your goods to raise a claim with Redline Performance. You can only make a claim if you purchased goods directly from Redline Performance. If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product, please contact Customer Service at 02 8723 8888. or email sales@redlineauto.com.au to discuss the next steps.
Upon arrival of the returned product to Redline Performance will determine that the returned product is new and unused, incorrect, damaged or defective, Redline Performance will issue a refund back to the credit card used on the original transaction. If Redline Performance determines that the returned product was used, correctly shipped, undamaged or not defective, Redline Performance will return the product to you, freight collect, and will not issue a refund to your credit card. If you purchased the product from our reseller, you will need to return the product to our reseller to ensure that you receive a refund.
You can view your order history, check the status of your order, and track your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders. From here you can select “Orders Details” on an order to view its status and tracking information.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 3PM AEST excluding Holidays. Orders received outside of normal shipment hours will be processed on the next business day.
