Although some products that are sold by Redline Performance have longer warranty periods, generally the warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty information describes broadly the general procedure for the settlement of warranty claims. Detailed information relating to the most commonly submitted non warranty cases should also be reviewed prior to any warranty submission. Only genuine warranty claims are accepted.
Warranty stated shall be limited to the replacement of the faulty product.
A warranty claim exists when a Redline Performance Product or spare part falls within the specified warranty period as a result of a manufacturing or material fault.
A warranty claim does not exist if the fault is caused by incorrect installation, maintenance or inappropriate or improper use or modification of the product. Non warranty claims would also include foreign contamination and natural wear and tear even if it occurs within the warranty period. Warranty will be deemed void if goods have been abused, misused, tampered with, altered in any way, used for a purpose other than that stated on the carton or fitted to a non street driven vehicle.
Wrong deliveries and transit damage are handled by customer service and are not warranty claims.
The warranty period begins from the date the customer purchase the product and proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.
In the event of a claim, please contact us immediately. The defective item will need to be returned for evaluation.
